You may return your order to us within 30 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund of price of goods provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, not used, or washed and in the original packaging as when supplied. We will issue a refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.
We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if the goods are not in perfect condition, in the original packaging, or it is obvious to us that the goods have been used or washed. Goods ordered or made especially on your behalf are strictly non returnable and non refundable.
When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting, We cannot accept any responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
